I have a number of domains and when I try to log in to the control panel I get the following error:

Authentication Error: Invalid private key

Any Thoughts???

I guess its just bad luck that the one time I NEED in to manage my domain its not working. If anyone finds out how to get past that error, please post it. I'm having the same problem and support just said it would be fixed 'soon'. How long is 'soon' ?

I'm sorry about that error guys! We're not sure yet what is happening but we've contacted TuCows regarding the problem. In the meantime, you can manage your domain name from here: manage.opensrs.net
It won't allow you to register, renew or transfer your domain names, but all other critical functions can be done from that page.

If you need to register, renew or transfer, please email domains@ev1servers.net. We can handle those transactions from there for the time being.

Please bear with us!! We'll get this resolved as soon as possible.
