I purchased a chained SSL certificate for a domain. I successfully installed the domain certificate, but nothing that I'm finding here for installing the intermediate cert is working, and everything I'm finding is from 2005 and before - apparently the file structure changed, because none of the instructions work.

Is there any way to install the intermediate cert through Ensim? If not, how do I do it in the shell?
