Installed Urchin yesterday on a Windows server and followed the online instructions exactly. I used the import facility to add a couple of website profiles and then added the UTM javascript to these sites, I have updated the reporting and profile setting sections in the admin control panel to use UTM reporting and cookies are enabled on IIS.

When I login to the Urchin interface to test if everything is working i am seeing no visitors to the website, even though I have visited these sites myself to generate a couple of hits for testing.

I know this is quite a general question but could someone please suggest a reason(s) why no results are being collected?
