Our newest server is running Plesk 8.0 (goodbye Ensim). Everything seems great except for one thing... All of our other Ensim servers handled delivery receipts (not read receipts) properly when requested in the email header.

Is there any way to modify the way the SMTP service handles delivery notifications?

Read receipts are not very reliable as they depend on the user clicking yes or no. At least with delivery receipts, we know it physically was handed off to the target mail server.

Any help regarding this matter would be greatly appreciated.
