After I put in my CC and contact info to purchase a $49 Cert, I get this error:

An Exception Has Occurred

There is a server-side problem with the script you are trying to run and a detailed Bug Report has been created for this error.

Happened twice ...

Any idea when we'll be able to purchase SSL certs again?

You're best course of action is to contact the SSL department at SSL@ev1.net or go to resellone.net and use the live chat option.

a better solution would be for someone to fix the issue so anybody can purchase the ssl certs imho.

Has the issue been resolved? I will need to purchase a cert soon as well.

The issue has at this time been resolved, but contacting the SSL department when you have a problem with ordering a SSL is the only way to have the issue dealt with by the appropriate staff.

Better you don't try this your self contact your registrar.
