Hi everyone, more problems with plesk here.... In fact is not a problem, is a doupt. I was wondering is the License who comes with the Ev1 instalation of plesk 7.5 on dedicated server is legaly allowing me to upgrade to a 8.x version? Will i have to buy another license or simply upgrade 7.5 to 8 without anykind of problems.

Simply upgrade gade. Normally your license will be updated during the upgrade, as long as your server is able to connect with the SWSoft licensing server during the upgrade process. This sometimes fails, especially if you have your firewall running and it isn't configured to allow such connections.

If the new license isn't installed for one reason or another, simply start a trouble ticket with EV1 and they'll install the new license manually for you.
