Today at approx. 17:30hrs US CDT we experienced partial hardware failure with our InterConnect router between Dc2 and Dc2P2. Traffic was routed through Dc1 while we worked to repair the router. At this time we have repaired the affected router and it is functioning correctly. We expect no further outages for this. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
