Hi! I am having issues with the email redirect feature. For example:

I have set no@email.com to automatically forward to panget@gmail.com. If i send an email from our corporate email to no@email.com, the redirect works and panget@gmail.com receives the email. however, if i use yahoo, hotmail or gmail accounts to send emails to no@email.com, they dont get redirect.

I checked the maillog of plesk and found no errors regarding the issue above. Can someone help troubleshoot this problem?

Many Thanks in Advance.

Are you seeing the mail go through the server? Or just not seeing an error?

It's hard to say what's happening without more details. It could be a simple DNS error that is only affecting some mail servers, it could be a firewall that is hanging up things or it could even be and SPF record issue.

Start by looking in the maillog and follow the path of the mail all the way through. See how Gmail is answering. If your server maillogs show that gmail is accepting the mail, then you'll need to look on their end of things.
