Hi,
I have a website called etrafficserver.biz and run it with a vps.The website lets people login to track their traffic stats. The problem is all my clients can login and 3 days ago for the first time ever, my admin user id would not work. I went to go into the mysql database to see what could be wrong. I then could not get into the plesk area or mysql for my site. Support sais I can't access the plesk due to all my resources being used by some random file at /home/httpd/vhosts/etrafficserver.biz/statistics/logs . I never created a file like that and every time they delete it,it just comes back and uses up all the resources.

Now,I supposely need to use Putty http://the.earth.li/~sgtatham/putty/latest...t/x86/putty.exe with SSH to delete the file. I have never seen anything like thios program, can anyone tell me how to do this.

Please respond or contact me as I am willing to pay someone with experience to assist me as I need this up asap.I appreciate your time.

Have you ever used DOS? Putty is essential (in a very basic manner!) a way to access a server via a DOS/command prompt type interface.

If you would like to private message me your servers ip and password along with the exact file needed to get deleted I can do that. I don't know if that will in fact solve the problem but I can just quickly delete the file.
