I have a simple photo gallery (not adult), but it gets about 1 GB of traffic per day. It uses very little CPU.

Is this too much for a Virtual Site (the $10 / month shared web hosting account plan)?

I checked .. my peak month over the last year was 40 GB in one month. Again, this is low CPU .. just public photo album stuff.

I have no idea if this type of website is ok for the Virtual accounts?

I've looked at several other hosters that clearly say they allow 200+ GB per month for less than $10 per month, but, in every case, I found numerous stories of users where those cheap accounts translated into slow servers that had lots of random downtime (even for Dreamh*st).

Where you get it???

I personally use the Coppermine Photo Gallery system. One of my servers has 10 of them running on it right now.

This one site I host uses about 10GB of traffic a day. :eek:

I really didnt think I could handle it, but no problems.
