I ordered a AMD XP 1900 server with Plesk on it Everything was misconfigured with wrogn IP addresses from the ones actually assigned to it and missing files. Most of it is fixed now, but I cannot get the DNS to work properly and would like to avoid having to use RackShack.net's DNS. Can someone please give me a simple explanation of how to do this. I have already read the posts on it, and it might be that something else is messed up with the server. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I know that there are some geniuses out there that probably could tell me right off of the top of their head what to do.
Thanks in advance!

What problem are you actually having? Any error messages, etc...?

No, the various domains just get the standard browser DNS error pages. I have multiple servers, but this one came used I suspect. It does not appear anyone tried to make sure everything was in tact before they sold it.

Have you tried putting in a trouble ticket?

Yes, but at the rate they are going it will never be all fixed. I do not know why I paid so much for setup and everything was screwed up. It is quite sad.
