My programmer has developed a shopping cart. however, each time client
tried a transaction the following errors display

I have gotten in touch with my gateway provider, and their response was
that the programm for the password was not done correctly.

I told my programmer who was on a contract to remedy the problem and he
has not been able to do so and said that he does not know how.

What is passing this error? the cart or the gateway? Do you have the whole error message? Did your developer script this cart?

I beleive the error is comming from the shopping Cart. I had done some
transaction test with the gateway and it was working effectively.

Yes, my developer was the one who developed the coding for the
gateway.
