After being disconnected twice then having the representative ignore my requests and prematurely disconnect me from the "live chat" I called in where I spoke to a representative who couldn't help me because he didn't know enough about Plesk.
Eventually some of the issues were resolved (both of which were Plesk issues that were definitely a setup error).
Now I have an issue with every domain being created having the /admin sub-directory reserved by plesk somehow. When you go to it you see the directory list of some folder on the system.
I emailed that ams email address I believe a day and a half ago with still no response.
I don't expect ev1 to be spectacular at customer service but I think if they tried to listen to customers that know exactly what the problem is and took the time to try to solve them there would be much less frustration.
