I have got 128 MB RAM and 100 GB bandwidth on my VPS. I have to restart apache a couple of times a day because CPU usage jumps to 100% and after a while, apache crashes (probably due to MaxClients). I was told by EV1servers support that I have to tweak my http.conf to resolve this issue. Please help me what changes I need to do in httpd.conf. My current httpd.conf is given below:

There is no way you can run 50 clients with 25 threads per client in 128 mb, no wonder your VE is crashing. It is probably swapping itself to death. Try with 10 clients then work your way up until you see the load max out.
