plesk was down... now seems up but with error and out of memory!

i have many mani qmail-remote processes, may be this ?

is this spam ?

Do you have ART's spamassassin, qmail-scanner and possibly clamd installed? If so, I read that it causes some problems with install and such.. do a search on this forum for that. Otherwise.. no clue.
