I'd like to buy a RapidSSL SSL certificate on behalf of one of the clients on our servers. I've found the following to order one :

but it seems like all links on that page ("Certificate installation instructions", "SSL Frequently Asked Questions") are being redirected to the same page :

http://www.ev1servers.net/Home/

Is there an updated order form somewhere?

I had issues finding the form from the homepage or within server command.

When it's redirected to the home page do you get an error? Do you ever receive the certificate?

Joseph in development has fixed this links (very quickly, I might add). Now when you click on links for SSL FAQs or CSR creation instructions you'll get to the right page. Thank you so much for making us aware of this problem.

Your rapidssl order form does NOT work. It gives errors which belong on a domain registration form (invalid billing/technical/admin contacts, these fields dont even exist in the form). It also bills the credit card before it does any of this input validation. The end result is multiple charges and no certificate. The layout is also horrible.

Please email a screenshot of the error you're getting to my email address, brooke@ev1servers.net so the problem with the order form may be investigated.

Regarding any charges you have received in error, please also send the first and last four digits of the credit card that was charged and the dates on which the charges were processed. I'll get a refund processed for you as quickly as possible.

If you have a dedicated server account please also include your RS or ES number, as well as the number of RapidSSL Certificates you need.
