I've got 2 down - one in 207.218.248.xxx and one in 69.57.152.xxx - support have confirmed that there are some network issues that have a rectification eta of 10-15mins, however he cannot confirm if these are affected. Not particularly helpful if 15mins later it turns out to be something else

Got this in my trouble ticket.
Dear Customer,
Currently, we are experiencing a meWebTechcial problem that has caused a network outage at this time. We are aware of this causing your server to appear off-line. The few routers are off-line due to this, and we will be working on getting them back up asap. We currently do not have an ETA.
Thank You

not meaning to be cynical but I truly find it amusing that there is a new front page .. the last time they changed the design people were not impressed, I`m sure this time people will be a little less humored

It took a bit of effort to dig it out of the tech support guys, but there was an AC problem, a number of switches overheated, and the AC problem has been fixed - no further outage expected.
