Full Version: EV1 IGNORING Customers (SSL)

We have had a number of problems in the past to with the phone verification process (it doesn't work 80% of the time) - recently we have yet another problem where we have paid, done the phone verification and we are now waiting over 5 days to receive the cert.

I emailed ev1 support 3 times since we received confirmation of our order, but have not received a reply back yet.

This sort of support is apalling! Can someone at least help us out, and get our order completed (order no. 546098).

Support does not deal with ssl certs. you need to be contacting ssl@ev1servers.net. Support is powerless in this situation.

You may also contact the ssl/domains via live support by going to www.resellone.net and following the live support function there.

Livesupport is not online during our timezone - ev1 should be replying to emails sent to the their support email, and also should not be taking longer than 5 days to send the SSL cert.

I sent an email to ssl@ev1servers.net with no reply.
