I get this error now, whenever I try and backup a domain!
Unable create backup session: Specified file is not accessible
Any ideas?

Plesk 8 comes with a new version of the backup utility. Are you using it?

If you have shell then you should consider taking backup of your files in plesk 8.0 using the following command:
/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskbackup --all backup.psa
