Ok, now for the information you can actually use.
Live Support Chat has been added to ResellOne.net. A link is not on the website yet, but will be added Monday, April 3rd. In the meantime, please use the link Mario posted above. EV1Servers Domain and SSL customers can find assistance in ResellOne.net's Live Support Chat, but there will not be a link to Domain and SSL Live Support Chat from EV1Servers.
I will add information about Live Support Chat to the announcements section of the Domain Management Panel Sunday night, and send emails to our ResellOne.net resellers Monday morning. As always, the forum has the news first!
Live Support will be available from 7:00AM to 6:00PM Monday through Friday, Central US Time (GMT -6). If you require assistance at other times please continue to email domains@ev1servers.net.
