I lost my IT guy and I need help switching from a dedicted server (Ensim) to a shared server (Plesk). I have a couple of domains and email addresses to move over. I've set up the virtual server, and I started creating the folders and email accounts - I just need someone with experience to copy everything over, test it, and then I can shut down the dedicated server. Can anyone assist??

Hi,
I can offer you migration service from ensim to plesk. I have extensive knowledge of ensim and plesk servers and have carried out numerous migrations from ensim to plesk and vice versa servers including complete server resotores. Web, dns, mail migrations are guaranteed per account and can be tested individualy. The migrations are to such an order that the account passwords for mail or ftp are also not changed and remain the same as they were on ensim server post migration.
Message me if you need further detail and assistance on the matter.

Hello,
I currently have a Ensim Pro 4 server with approx 270 domains. There are approx. 10 with mysql databaes, and some of the domains have a very large amount of files (upwards of 50,000 files).
I have just bought a Plesk 8.0 server from EV1, and am looking for a way to copy over all of the domains and settings from the Ensim box.
Is this possible? If so, what sort of cost would I be looking at?
Thank you,
Brian

Hi Brian,
This is certainly possible and can be carried out without much pains or problems. The move can be planned and executed such that the customers are not effected. The accounts passwords, usernames, databases, mail accounts etc can be moved and copied over to plesk in proper order and tested to verify that the account is functioning properly.
I have forwarded you the complete details in PM.
