A reseller create a new package, can see package in WHM under edit/delete package but when creating or upgrading/downgrading an account the package does not show.

I have checked the the file and permissions exist in /var/cpanel/package and verified the reseller has enough free resources without much luck.

Ran quotas thinking it could maybe be related with no luck.

Just to follow up it was a stupid issue by me with having Limit account creation to pre-assigned packages (all new reseller created packages must be approved in this interface before they can be used by the reseller.) checked off in the reseller permissions so no new packages were showing.
