I am hoping someone on this list can provide some assistance. I am switching from Plesk to cPanel and can't seem to figure out how to do something that is quite easy in Plesk.

I want to set up an e-mail and have it forward to several other e-mail addresses at once. In Plesk you simply set up the first account and then click on "Group Mail" and enter the e-mail addresses you want it forwarded to. For example:

billing@domainname.com is the main e-mail.

When someone sends to billing@domainname.com I want it to forward to:
accounting@domainname.com
membership@domainname.com
marketing@domainname.com

Again, this is really simple in Plesk, but as I look over everything in cPanel, it doesn't even appear to be possible. It seems like you can only forward to once address in cPanel and not several like you can do in Plesk.

Anyone on this list have any insights on how to forward to multiple e-mail accounts? Thanks!

Just add a seperate forward for every account you want to get the email.

The other option, a little more complex, is to create a mailing list that allows anybody to post to it.

Hi John,

Thanks for taking the time to explain the cPanel forwarding. That was much easier than I expected!
