I'm trying to reorder some certs from the site and it doesn't seem to be working. I click submit and it waits a few minutes then gives me back the same page w/o any error codes.

Is this a temporary problem?

I too have had problems trying to renew a GeoTrust cert. I followed the url in the email I got, completed the form with credit card info, etc. and then got an error message. Any guidance??? Will this be down long???

Have you tried to order again recently? Are you still getting the same error?

Actually I had someone from SSL support contact me. I attempted to go through the process again. The second time it accepted my card however it didn't give me a confirmation screen after the order was process (the screen cycled back to the purchase screen). I did get the confirmation email and the process went fine (as it always had int he past). The folks at EV1 verified my card was only charged once. I haven't attempted again, however I have another cert due shortly so I guess I'll have to give it another try in a few days.
