I've always bought $49 QuickSSL certs at EV1 with a corporate American Express card.

Looks like there's been some changes to the enrollment form recently...

Today, the capability to purchase with AmEx appears to be gone. Am I wrong? Did I miss something? The enrollment form is not accepting my AmEx number. It's not being declined, the form is saying the number is invalid, and I've checked it several times.

I am looking into the problem you experienced when ordering a certificate in a general sense, but for support specific to you please email ssl@ev1.net so we can find a solution to get you a certificate quickly.

Thanks, Brooke. I already emailed ssl@ev1.net before posting to this forum. I'm impatient. I guess that's how I roll. icon_smile.gif

Sorry for the delay in response (I was out sick Thursday and Friday), but I got word from development that both Americian Express and Discover cards are now working again for ordering EV1Servers.net SSL certificates. Thank you for your patience.

It's *almost* fixed.

I was able to submit an order with my American Express card... and the server sent me the "Please complete your QuickSSL Order" email.

However, when I submitted the initial order, the page reloaded the form with all the data in the fields... as though there was still a problem. No error message on the form telling me to correct anything... just the form with the data I filled in. It should take me to a "thank you" page instructing me to check my messages for the "Please complete your QuickSSL Order" email...

I know this isn't your job, Brooke... but you've been the most helpful. I am also forwarding this onto ssl@ev1.net...
