Do we need separate ColdFuion license for each VPS on the same box? ColdFusion has to be installed inside VPS.

Any help will be much appreciated.

I would guess so because each CF version needs to be installed seperately. If you want to be sure you could contact their licensing department, though most companies consider a vps a seperate server. Some do give special vps pricing but I am unsure if coldfusion does, I doubt it.
