Hi Everyone,
I have a window 2003 server with Plesk control Planel and we have the Emailenable email server on it.

We are facing the problem to send the eamils to particuler emails domains like @Citigroup.com, @countrywide.com , @accenture.com etc.

All emails for sunch domains are bounce back.

It seems to me whose email domain has the Different MX record from A record for those domains we are not able to send the emails.


Error massage like

MailEnable: Message Delivery Failure.

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

[SMTP:abc@citigroup.com]: 250-imbaspam-eu01.eur.nsroot.net Hello xyz.com [xx.xx.xx.xx], pleased to meet you
250-ENHANCEDSTATUSCODES
250-PIPELINING
250-8BITMIME
250-SIZE 26214400
250-DSN
250-STARTTLS
250-DELIVERBY
250 HELP

Any one has any idea why it is happing and what is the solution for it.

Also check the firewall, if its blocking it.
