I've been running Helm 1 year, before I was running Plesk and Ensim.

Ensim runs ok but it's very limited.

Plesk has a good user interface but in my opinion is unestable and support is KO.

Helm has a excelent suport and is extremely stable. It's a little difficult to configure and the user control panel could be more atractive, but one you get use to it, it's the best far away.

So my suggestion in windows control panels is HELM.
