Im trying to enter SHH using Putty cause i have to transfer my files from my old server to the new one

This is what step i am stuck at

I dont know what to enter there...
How do i login as root?
I dont have root info... or maybe i do any dont know what it is??
please help me a.s.a.p

When you're logged in as admin you can issue su- to become root.

If you haven't yet changed it, your root password should be the same as admin is. You'll want to change that so that it's different. There are some tutorials around here as to how to do this and many other things to get your server set up and secured.

I entered last time all the way..Now i am stuck at

I am trying to transfer my old database from my other server to my new plesk one... The files are in a .sql

Please help ASAP

Sorry, but you really need to purchase a book on Linux.

I don't believe anyone here is going to have or want to devote the time to walking you through each possible command you may need to administer your server. There's simply too much that you need to know and apparently have not bothered to try to learn.
