ResellOne.net will no longer have pricing tiers. All customers with a ResellOne account will now have pricing equivalent to that which is currently called tier A.

Wire transfer, credit card payments (with enrollment in Verified by Visa or Secure Card from MasterCard) and checks from a United States bank are all valid ways to make the initial payment for a ResellOne account and to increase an account's balance.

There is still a requirement for either a $99.00 setup fee with no minimum deposit, or an initial deposit of at least $1,000 with no setup fee.

Pricing changes will go into effect at midnight tonight (Central Time). If you have any questions, or find tomorrow that the prices for your reseller account have not changed please email support@resellone.net.

Changes will be made to the ResellOne.net website, and the Reseller Contract starting tomorrow.

Some people have banks that don't offer enrollment in Verified by Visa or Secure Card. Also, sending a check means I get to use my cool stamp.

This is the bad thing you are doing and I am dissapointed.
My bank doesnt know for such visa thing you are requesting. As I am international customer my checks are not valid in US or in the best case it takes ~1 month for funds to appear.

There are current ev1 customers with many or less domains (like me) who would like to transfer to resellone service but two things make this transition hard:
- cannot use normal cc payment system (international wire - expensive)
- why paying additional $99 when you can continue using ev1dom service at the same price and fast/responsive support?

You can still use the wire transfer option. We are finding that our international customers are able to contact their banks and get enrolled in the Verified by Visa or Secure Card from MasterCard programs. Regarding the account set up fee, opening a reseller account not only gives you the domains option, you are able to resell the SSL certificates and the site builders, and well as free managed DNS. The domain system, is a reseller program that allows you more access and managability to your domains. Please email us at support@resellone.net and we can discuss your options.

The API is already ready from a HRS System Instance perspective, meaning that EV1-ResellOne HRS server is waiting at https://resellers.resellone.net:52443 for any API scripts to make API calls either from you the resellers, it will require pointing to another server, and some other minor credential adjustments. We have three ev1servers dedicated servers accounts. We are able to register domains by telling your support our main login & password and you charge our card on file...

Well, however could we use the same option to pay for resellone account?
We have Visa & Mastercard from various banks but they did refused to enroll...

I do completely understand the reasons behind accepting only verified cards - it is fraud, but I hope that you may make the exceptions for the confirmed clients which absolutely ok and there would be no harm to process their cards manually.

May we talk with someone else regarding this besides Level1 support at Resellone?..
