I opened a trouble ticket weeks ago, but no response.
My bandwidth monitoring page seems to be tracking the wrong computer. Even when the Raq is down for hours, it still shows activity:

I really need the tracking ability to gauge the raq's activity. Any help from tech support would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...
