A client wants to transfer a .org domain that I currently control to another host. Since it is a .org though, I really don't have "control" over it. They need some kind of EPP Authorization code.

Who do I contact?
AaronC
The registrar of that domain has to provide the Authorization Code for the domain name.

I registered it long ago, somehow via EV1. I see it in my list of domains but I can't change any settings for it.

Are you logging in to manage it at https://domains.ev1servers.net ?

If so, check under the Domain Extras for the auth code.

When all else fails, email domains@ev1servers.net

Ok, I got it, thanks.

I was confused because when I do a "list domains", .org domains come up grey. You can't change to them when you've previously logged in to manage another domain. Thus I assumed that I couldn't access any management features for them.

Thanks!
