Is there a way I can access / view a user's mail on my server?

If I knew the account's password I know I could use Horde and view all of that domain's email - which is essentially what I want to do. The problem is the user has changed their password and I don't know what it is of course. I can get in to their cPanel using the root password but that doesn't let me in to email.

I have a possible problem user and need to do some snooping.

you can do it from ssh, you can access the account in /home/username/mail/domain/account
