I am running cpanel with fedora core 2.
I fpind that along two months, my exim or pop down every day in same time. It will coasue around 10min unable to work.
Anybody facing this is issue? how can i solve it?

What time? Maybe a cronjob or something is running. If not try restarting cpservd
I am guessing your server is not at ev1 since they do not support FC2. I would suggest upgrading to RHEL or centos linux as it is desgined for a server. Fedora core is meant to be a desktop OS and not a server OS which is exactly how you are treating it right now.

Yes. I am thinking to upgarde to other verison linux, but i ahve 250 domains in server. I unable to make it stop working to reload.
I check to tail -f /var/log/exim_main_log , i found many emal trasaction. so does it queue mail running? any idea to check and trace what is running? i check /top. but nothing heavery cpu usage..
