Full Version: Plesk FTP Error

i have created a domain with plesk, web work fine (with defaul page) but when i log in ftp for this domain, i'm unable to upload anything

550 /httpdocs: No such file or directory
NOOP
200 NOOP command successful
NOOP
200 NOOP command successful
CWD /httpsdocs
550 /httpsdocs: No such file or directory

but directopry exist in /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com

some ideas ?

Try entering httpdocs without the /. Depending on your FTP client it might be trying to look at /httpdocs instead of /home/httpd/vhosts/domain.com/httpdocs.
