At ~ 3:15 pm CST (-6 UTC) Verio backbone router (s) experienced an outage. This affected traffic at both data centers.
We did experience latency and packet loss as traffic was redistributed to handle the sudden change in the overall load.
At present Verio has the router (s) back on line and traffic is back to normal.
We will continue to monitor the situation.
