Hello,

Is there anyway to force a badwidth quota in plesk. I would like to be able to assign a bandwidth and if a user exceeds their bandwidth, it would display some sort of message saying that the user has exceeded their bandwidth?

Please help, I have a customer that is killing me with bandwidth overages icon_sad.gif

under server check your Notifications and make sure email will send to you and client and edit other fields as your needs may require.
then click on the client and then the domain name you wish to limit and click on Limits and assign the limit you wish to have.
Not sure if the limits assigned are hard limits or will just email you the fact they are over and then you'd need to take action
you could also setup client templates to automate this for future clients.

It's not a hard limit by default, so the domain will continue to function normally. But it will send out the email notification so that you can then disable the domain if you would like. This tends to get people's attention pretty quickly. icon_wink.gif

When using limits Plesk is not blocking the site when its over specified bandwidth it only send emails to customer and administrator.

Unfortunately Plesk do not have, at this time, option for hard bandwidth limit.
