I have an image gallery script and it needs GD2 to work properly. I really have no idea how to install this and any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I keep on getting a permission denied error. I've tried logging in as a user and root. Any idea how to get around this?

If you are logged in as root /scripts/easyapache should work

You can also go into the Apache wizard in WHM and recompile PHP with GD from the web interface.

I have a clarification question on using Apache Update in WHM as regards to recompiling PHP with GD support.

I have previously run Apache Update and added php suEXEC.

Now I'm going to add GD support, but when I go to Apache Update the previously installed suEXEC is unchecked. It is, however, installed and running in site user mode.

My question is each time I run Apache Update from WHM should I check php suEXEC again, if I want php suEXEC enabled.

Yes you need to recheck phpsuexec if you want it compiled in.
