The option in our Tucow's reseller account allowed you to remove domain reseller information, and at the time that was us. After removing our reseller information, Tucows would still show up as the registrar in whois searches since you cannot remove registrar information from a whois search. Since we are now the registrar, that information cannot be removed from whois results.
