Hello! We recently submitted the ticket to investigate the network issues as our server seems to get down in the last hop. However about 10 minutes then we cannot to login nor to ServerCommand nor to old members area of EV1.
Logins are correct, just errors:

Suggested action: Please try again in a few minutes.
Error Data:
Error SC00215: Resource did not respond within a reasonable amount of time.
And at the old members are (strange error!):

Our pings ends on 207.218.223.110 - this is the same subnet... and probably the same router.
Strange that EV1 has no redundancy on their support system ;(

Nothing works and I desperately need a server reboot!! Man, this is sooo frustrating!
raman_rb
Nov 21 2005, 04:45 AM
Perhaps you needn't reboot? If your server cannot get reached like ours it may be the same router/network issue?
Anyway it is frustrating...

I don't know about that coz the server load was 30+ before I lost access to it... so I think i'll need a reboot...

If your server lost connectivity load will goes down as no more outbound requests are made.
Anyway, why we still not received any official statements from EV1? It is a boring... especially during emergency.
P.S. Funny that The Planet got the similar outage recently. Datacenters doesn't take lessons?

Your IP is OK for us already as well as our own IP. Seems the bad router was replaced and everything fixed up.

I still can't get to servercommand to reboot my server
Is servercommand fixed already? I need to submit a tt for reboot...

Is it just me or is there a serious problem with server command? I had to go through the old control panel to get a server reboot request in. Server command new tt page doesn't even load for me. I can log into server command, but can't click on any of the links. Is that only happening to me?

It works and creates the new TT. Perhaps you need to talk with Support on Live Chat asking to reboot the server.
