I'm trying to register a new domain. When I go to domains.ev1servers.net I see the message "We are not selling Domains at this time. Please check back later." Any idea how long this will be down? I think I've seen this message for some time. I would rather have all my domains with one company instead of having to transfer them out.

1.) you can email domains@ev1servers.net and have them register it for you if your're a current customer
2.) see resellone.net for the future

I'm pretty sure you can email domains@ev1servers.net to manually order new domains *if* you already have a domain account with them they process orders fast, or so I've heard.
Just email them and I'm sure they'll give you a better answer.

Still $6.49 as far as I know when emailing and requesting them to register/transfer a domain for you, and when existing customers renew.

Yes, however that price will be increasing somewhat in the near future.

What does it mean to be an "existing customer"? Does that mean having only a domains account? Do you have to have a web hosting account too?

An existing Ev1 customer is someone that either has domains or a server account with Ev1Servers. You do not have to have both, one or the other is fine.

Yes, please email domains@ev1servers.net with the domain that you would like registered and your server account number and the registration can be processed manually.
