Hi

my resellone 's username is "rs30890"

I have

*sent check of $100 and recieved by you
*Faxed over contract and recieved by you
* I provide a domain at ev1 to verify that I am qualified to tier2 pricing

I now don't want either $29 or $99 opening promotion, just want my $100 get credited to my resellone account

as I am at GMT+7 and support of resellone seems only reply email once a day

could you please check and get it done

thanks!
freddo
I don't represent resellone but...
You need to either pay $29, $99 dollars or $100 as a setup fee. Setup fees don't get credited to your resellone account...
Your best deal is to have $29 as setup fee and $71 credited to your account.

Just my 2 cents worth...

We have repeatedly asked you to choose one of the promotions, the $29.00 or the $99.00 plan, so that we can add the balance to the account. Please feel free to email domainmanager@resellone.net if you need any further explanation.

The funds were added to your account 11/10/05. What support are you missing? Please email your questions to support@resellone.net. I went through both the domainmanager@resellone.net and support@resellone.net emails and am not finding an unanswered question from you.

Not to sound too rude but did you at all read what you signed up for?

I know some of it is confusing but the signup is as follows:

You sign up and register. You send in a NON REFUNDABLE 29 - 0r 99.00 deposit. That is basically an application fee to get you setup. THEN YOU MUST fund your account with additional money(s) to be able to purchase items.

After you fund your account you will be allowed to register domains ect.

NOW FOR THE FREE PART - you will have to purchase the said items your .info, and ssl certs, ect. Then sometime by the 2nd week in February 2006 you will be refunded the money(s) these items cost.

I hope that clears it up a bit for you. Please let me know if not

PS. I am in on way affiliated with EV1, ResellOne or myself.
