trying to submit a request for ssl certificate for raq

state
locality
organization
organizatiuonal unit

select self signed certificate
hit save

a certificate request is generated in the TOP bos, thefor the CERTIFICATE is generated in bottom..


i take the TOP certificate info and submit it in the

Certificate Signing Request (CSR)box


and get this error???

ERROR!!
, CSR, 0, Field 'CSR' is invalid
Please Re-enter.

is this a RS data base error ??? FIELD "CSR" ???

i tried three times??

DO not Try to use the SSL signup, I also got the same error, it does not seem to be Fixed yet.. Contact Customer service with your RS # and info/error about the transaction.. Mouse

I do know they are working on the issue as I have spoken with customer service, and Patrick-EV1.. hopefully this will be resolved quickly.. im ready to order a bunch of certs.. Mouse

How often do you receive you cert in just a few minutes. My experiences in the past always ending up having to send or fax some type of company documentation.

If that is the case, what do you send them?

I also tried to order a cert with the same error. Did my credit card get charged and now I have to chase down my cert? :confused:

Contact Customer service, the charge has been submitted for authorization but not officially charged, they are working to resolve the issue ASAP.. Mouse
