If you are using swap it means you have run out of RAM. If you are using swap your systems performance is going to be decreased. Ideally you will use no swap.

Yup, you're out of memory. That's probably why your HD is running like crazy and iowait is so high.

You need to have someone put in more RAM if you are going to serve up as many web pages as you are doing.
