Newbie question, can't find a cPanel answer to this in a search. (lotsa these questions from ensim and plesk folks)

I'm assuming the items "marked to be skipped" in the up2date are items that either should be manually updated or cPanel maintained.

My question is which is which. I understand the kernel is a manual update and I have done that a couple times already. but what about the others... What of these should I be manually updating and are there guides available? :confused:

I would like to get as close to a clean rkhunter report as I can with the MD5 checksums, but I'm not sure what else needs a manual update to get there.
