Windows 2003 / HELM
Started having this problem automatically today where HELM is no longer adding domains to the system. Our system has been running pretty well so far since last couple of years, no problems in creating packages, accounts, adding domains, emails, ftp etc ...
Now the problem is when ever I try to add a domain to a particular account it says "Unable to add new domain. Please try again or contact support."
Checked the Self Diagnosis and everything came as "PASS".
In the log files it says:

Has anybody ever encountered this error before?
