I can't access my site at all using the IP address.

How can I get in? I'm trying to get into the cpanel so I can set up my ns servers.

I've got some questions about set up ... but first I just need to get IN!

Any help is much appreciated.

try ev1 console, perhaps you are blocked or your server is down.

A bit embarrassed to say this .. but I don't know how to get to the console.

I was given a link with two different log in options ... admin and my es #.

Neither will let me log in. It tells me unknown user.

Stumped.

Admin is for your server, # is for EV1 members login.
Login to your EV1 account and select Monitor Services from ServerCommand to determine whether your server is online.

Did you install apf and bfd on your server? You may have locked yourself out. If so you need a new IP to access it from, possibly a coffee shop, AOL dialup account, wireless connection or go to a friends house?

As others have said, using the EV1 solution may also help you.

Don't forget to add your IP to the ignore host list for bfd.
