I just want to know what is a good package to get

1. What is a good package (Plesk,Redhat 7.2, Ensim)
2. What Software Would I Need To For Providing Good Webhosting. (Php, Mysql, Frontpage, Mailing List, CGI/Perl, Stats)
3. What Software Will Be Included With The Server.

Just some general help on how to get started up, just waiting on my credit card before i purchase but will be purchasing eitherway u look at it...some help would be great...thanks

do a search for whatever you wanna know. There hasn't been anything I needed to do to my server that I wasn't able to find on here....

From what I see here it seems Plesk is the easist to manage.

IMO Ensim beats any competition, but search here and you'll find some who disagree with me (some sharply!)

Plain Redhat servers are only for those who really know what they're doing. Not particularly well suited for hosting, but in the right hands could be a cool server for someone who needs one big server for their own website or for a CS server or something like that.

I think it will be difficult to find anything beating the current Potluck Compaq's at $1/setup $119/month.

Damn, I should be getting a referral account icon_biggrin.gif
