I have sent off 20 e-mails this past week, and have gotten zero response from everyone I was told to contact. Our server got hacked into, and we got blamed for it and were locked out of our server and now have none of our data that was on it. Why are we being treated like criminals? We did nothing wrong. All we want is our data back? Has anyone else been treated like this? What did you do? We are at a desperate point. Thank you for any help you can give me.

Dude, does anyone even work here? I have still not received a response. You'd think a company of this size would at least have an auto-response. I have never been treated like this by any company in my life.

Ok, they have finally resolved to give us 24-hours to get our stuff. If a moderator wants to delete this thread, that would be fine. Thank you everyone for your input.
