i bought the QuickSSL from ev1 over 12 hours and pay the money
i do not receive the certificate still

1. i check several of my mails, i do not fond any certificate from ev1
2. as usual,how long should i want to get it?
3. i sent mail to ev1 and QuickSSL, but no one response me, as usual,how long they will response me ?

who can help me?
